Since it usually doesn’t rain all day, we kindly ask that you allow us to clean the INSIDE of your windows first. In most cases it has stopped raining by the time we are ready to clean the outsides. We appreciate that you have arranged your schedule for this appointment and this will enable us to take care of you with the least amount of disruption to your schedule. If we need to come back to clean the outsides we will schedule to do it the same day or same week. You will generally not need to be home. You will be billed by email if you are not home. Remember our 7 day rain guarantee. We guarantee there will be no spots from rain on your windows at least for 7 days after we clean them. If you see spots, please give us a call and we will happily re-clean them at no charge and no hassle.

The real answer is it depends. A large amount of our customers trust us to do the work autonomously without them being there. If we are doing just the exterior windows, you generally do not need to be home. We would like to have a way to reach you in case we have some questions.  

For window cleaning we charge per pane of glass, most of the time you can count your panes of glass and we can give you a price over the phone, if you would like we would be more than happy to stop by and do a quote in person. 

For pressure washing and gutter cleaning we can usually take a look on google maps and give you a price by phone or email. 

The frequency of service is always up to you. For residential, we suggest a frequency of every 6 months having the outsides cleaned. Have the insides cleaned every 12 months. This will make you the envy of the neighborhood.

Then we gently wash your glass surfaces—thoroughly removing dirt, spots, fingerprints, smudges, grease, and film—then squeegee them to a spot-free shine, or if conditions are appropriate we can use our ultra-purified, spot free rinse to leave the exterior surfaces of your windows even cleaner!.
